Kim Thornell, of Gleason, died on January 17, 2026 at her home. She was 68 years old. She was born on August 14, 1957 in Neenah a daughter of Raymond and Shirley (Baljaski) Nollenberg. She married Mike Thornell on August 22, 1987 in Whitelaw, he survives.
Kim loved the outdoors, and enjoyed time hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and camping. She cherished the time she spent with her family and enjoyed the moments shared with her grandkids over Christmas.
In addition to her husband of 39 years, survivors include two sons, Christopher Nollenberg of Rudolph and Travis (Amanda) Nollenberg of New London; two brothers, Tony Nollenberg of Neenah and Shawn (Sherrie) Nollenberg of Odgensburg; two sisters, Kelly (Charles) Hull of Seymour and Michelle (Robert) Kraus of Necedah; five grandchildren, Cheyenne, Krislynn, Lauren, Payton and Mason; Kim is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a infant son, Shawn Nollenberg; brother, Joseph Nollenberg; and sister, Therese Siehrs.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
