The next Critic’s Choice Movie event at the T. B. Scott Free Library will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
Tom Hanks stars in this remake of a popular Swedish film from 2015. He portrays a crabby, lonely old man who has nothing to live for after his wife dies and he is forced into retirement. He has decided to end it all, that is until the new neighbors move in. A series of mishaps and an unlikely friendship may just save him in this sweet, yet poignant, comedy-drama.
