In the front row, (not in order): Andy Pavz sings lead vocals and plays guitar, Tommy Pavz provides vocals and plays lead guitar and keyboard, Tom Moon provides vocals and plays guitar and harmonica, and Larry Sullivan provides vocals and plays bass.

Temperatures last Thursday were again sweltering, but many concert goers decided to bear the heat to see Bogfoot, the five piece band from Sugar Camp. Spread out in Normal Park to take advantage of the shade, many favored a cooler temperature over the best view of the band, but still had a great opportunity to hear the sounds of seven decades of rock along with a little country that Bogfoot is known for.
The Northwoods Bassist opened last week, and he’ll be opening again tonight, kicking things off at 5 p.m.
At 6 p.m. headliner Howard Guitar Luedtke and the Blue Max Band will bring the blues to Normal Park, beginning at 6 p.m. “Howard is considered one of the best slide guitarists in the midwest and is a staple in the Blues Scene for good reason,” organizers said.
In addition to Thorogood, sponsors will be Chips, Duwayne Kreager Insurance, Power House Lawn & Leisure, Hugo’s Pizza, and Merrill Tool and Water Jet.
Bring your own refreshments or purchase them on-site where groups will be selling food and treats to raise money for their organizations.
Thorogood Thursday/Gazebo Night will be on hiatus next week. Everyone is encouraged to go see Rising Phoenix at the Lincoln County Fair on Aug. 17 instead.
