Crystal Dearth

MHS Senior Crystal Dearth has been playing Varsity Basketball for the Lady Jays since her Sophomore year, first as a Point Guard; then as a post in her Junior year; and now again as Point Guard in her Senior year. In just the last three games, Crystal has put up nearly one-fourth of all points scored, proving herself to be a vital part of the team. She scored 13 points in the Dec. 22 game against DC Everest; 12 points in the Dec. 29 game against Marshfield; and 14 points in the Dec. 30 game against Rhinelander.
Crystal is also a middle hitter on the Bluejay Girls Volleyball team and runs the 4×1 and 4×4 relays for the Bluejay Girls Track team.
When she’s not actively playing a sport or attending school, she enjoys hanging out with friends, driving around, and watching movies.
Crystal is the daughter of Carla Dearth and John Dearth of Merrill. She currently maintains a 3.2 GPA and plans on going to college for criminal justice. She aspires to be a police officer.
