January 6
At 8:04 a.m., an officer responded to a fraud complaint. The caller advised they were having issues with a business partner regarding accounts. The investigation is ongoing.

At 9:54 a.m., an officer responded to a vandalism complaint. The caller advised someone had spray painted profanities onto the side of a business truck. The investigation is ongoing.

January 10
At 1:38 a.m., an officer located a vehicle stuck in a snow bank. The driver displayed characteristics of intoxication. The officer requested the driver perform field sobriety tests however the driver refused. She was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

January 11
At 8:00 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop with two ATV’s that were racing down the streetside by side. Both admitted to “drag racing” and were cited for careless ATV operation.

January 12
At 1:01 p.m., an officer responded to a welfare check complaint. The caller was concerned for a female who had been sitting outside an apartment complex. Contact was made with the female who displayed signs of drug use. She admitted to the drug use and Probation and Parole placed a hold on her. Also located in her belongings were three gem bags with a substance inside that tested positive for heroin. The female was arrested on the probation violation and possession of heroin.

At 8:04 p.m., an officer attempted to stop a vehicle for operating without its headlamps illuminated during hours of darkness. The vehicle fled from the officer and struck a mailbox. The vehicle continued to flee from officers and ended up getting stuck in a snowbank. The driver displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for Operating while Intoxicated, 1st offense. He was also charged with fleeing an officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.
