Reads ‘N Reels for Tweens at the library

T. B. Scott Free Library invites readers in grades four through eight to read a Roald Dahl book this month. Then follow up that reading by watching a movie together on Friday, Sept. 27, from 3:15-5:30 p.m. in the library community room.
Several copies of Roald Dahl books and audiobooks have been set aside at the Youth Services Desk on the 2nd floor of the library. Readers may also find a book at their school library or possibly in their own collections.
At the Reads ‘N Reels event, readers will be given the opportunity to share something special about a favorite character or event from a Roald Dahl book. Following the brief discussion, readers will be treated to popcorn and a movie based on the book, “Fantastic Mr. Fox.”
Roald Dahl is one of the world’s most successful authors and storytellers. For more about him and some online fun, visit his website at www.roalddahl.com.
