Dorothea W. “Dottie” Liebenstein of Grafton, died peacefully at Lasata Care Center on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the age of 91.
Dottie was born in Merril, WI on June 23, 1921 the daughter of the late Peter and Emma (Nee Schram) Amacher. Dottie was united in marriage on June 27, 1953 to Seth Leibenstein who preceded her in death on March 10, 2013. Dottie enjoyed playing lottery tickets and was a past 2 time winner of $1,000.00, collecting clowns, crystals and clocks that make noise; playing cards and listening to country music – Willie Nelson being her favorite. She also enjoyed having a can of Miller Light when ever she could and as everyone who new Dottie, her favorite color was RED.
Dottie is survived by her sister-in-laws: Audrey Liebenstein and Donna Liebenstein; friends: Neil & Judy Thill and Connor & Mari; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 27 – 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church N168 W20152 Main Street Jackson, WI. Visitation will be at the church on Sat. from 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM.
