Misty Glisch, 31, of Merrill, died Thursday, June 7, 2012 in Merrill.
She was born October 24, 1980 in Nashville, Tennessee to Edward & Jean (Hageman) Glisch.
Misty graduated with a degree as a certified Nursing Assistant from NTC in 2003. She worked for North Central Health Care until her death. Misty played softball, volleyball, pool and darts for the Dug Out Bar in Merrill. She loved to go fishing with her dad. Misty also loved spending time with her family, especially with her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her parents: Ed & Jean Glisch, of Merrill; maternal grandmother: Elizabeth Hageman, of Wausau; two sisters: Niki Glisch, of Hatley and Janitta (Eric) Lund, of Tomahawk; brother: Lance (Allison) Glisch, of Merrill; half-sister: Sue Glisch, Fredricksburg, TX; nieces and nephews: Alissa Spencer, Brenyn Glisch, Christopher Glisch, Morgan Lund, Adyn Roberts, Ethan Lund and Ella Glisch: and two aunts: Dee Walker and June Hageman She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.
Services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday June 13, 2012 at Waid Funeral Home. Pastor Hoss Ostrowski will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Tuesday, June 12, 2012 and again from 9:30 until the time of service all at the funeral home. Waid Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
