Leanord “Lenny” Bergh, age 47 years, of Marion passed away on Tuesday morning, June 19, 2012 at his home.
Leanord Ray Bergh was born on Sept. 29, 1964 in Merrill, to Leanord E. and Evelyn E. (McWilliams) Bergh. He was raised in Shawano and the Stevens Point area. Over the years, Lenny drove truck for several different companies and he also operated a taxi cab in the Wausau area for some time. He was a handyman and worked various other odd jobs as well as delivering the Shawano Leader newspaper. Lenny was a member of Family of Christ – Assembly of God in Clintonville. He enjoyed fishing, playing computer games, and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his fiancee, Michelle Blank of Marion; a brother, Larry (Debbie) Bergh of Merrill; and ten children, Tammy, Jennifer, Ray, Christian, Hope, Angel, Faith, Grace, and Lena, all in Florida; and also a son, Leanord Jr. in Pennsylvania. Lenny is further survived by several grandchildren, many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Amanda, and a brother, Dennis.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 23 at 3 p.m. at Family of Christ – Assembly of God, Clintonville, with Rev. Richard Vanman officiating. Friends may call on Saturday from 1 p.m. until time of service at the church. The Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Clintonville, is assisting the family.
