The Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce recently announced the winner of the 2025 Annual Christmas Card Contest. This is the 15th year of the annual contest, which is open to area artists whose work that depicts a Merrill Christmas scene, past or present. This year’s winning entry was created by Ryan Priebe. His image depicts the Lincoln County Courthouse and incorporates pine trees and bluejays, two prominent Merrill area icons. The winning artwork will be printed on the 2025 Merrill Christmas Card, which will be available for purchase through the Merrill Area Chamber of Commerce. Prints of the image may also be available for purchase. Priebe will receive a $150 Merrill Chamber gift certificate as his prize for winning the contest.
