Michael Kuehn, age 56 passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital after a long battle of illness. Born on February 26, 1970 in Merrill at Holy Cross Hospital. He was the son of John and Elinor (Rowl) Kuehn. He worked at various factory jobs in his younger years. He enjoyed music, playing electric guitar, drawing, painting and working on old cars, metal working and reading. He attended Merrill High School and married his high school sweetheart Becky on August 19, 1995.
Survived by his wife Becky (Hoffman) Kuehn, brother, Jon (Milagros) Kuehn, mother-in-law Sandy Hoffman, sister-in-law Vicky (Corrie) Rice, brother-in-laws Jesse (Nicole) Hoffman, Brion Hoffman, several nieces and nephews, and loving Dachshund Winnie.
Preceded in death by parents John and Elinor Kuehn, brother Carl Kuehn, father-in-law Harvey Hoffman and loving Dachshund Max.
The family would like to thank the staff at Aspirus Merrill Hospital, Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee and Aspirus Wausau Hospital (MAP) unit for the wonderful care.
Per Michaels request there will be no service.
Mid Wisconsin Cremation Society is assisting the family.
