MAPS accepts August donations

The following donations were approved and/or accepted at the Aug. 19, 2026, Merrill Area Public Schools (MAPS) Board of Education meeting:
A monetary gift from Kent & Sue Johnson valued at $100 for the Prairie River Middle School (PRMS) Nest; the following donations for the PRMS Cheer Team uniforms and cheer gear: AJ’s Break Away $50, Brickners Park City $100, Hersil Law Offices $100, Victoria’s Floral $50, Sargent Law and Legacy $250, Westside Market $300, Badger Pharmacy $50, Merrill Smiles $250, AR Bear Bait $150, Breaman Ford $250, OakPark Dental $50, Green Bay Packaging $250, The Pizza Shop $100, Loz Mezcales $250, Bushar Painting $272, Klug Insurance Agency $50, Dave’s County Market $50, Hanson Roofing $250, Kautz Tax Services $50, Salvo’s Pizzeria & Pub $50, Janssen Heating & Cooling $250, Ott Development & Construction $250, JHPJ LLC - Emerald Studio $100, Tia McGregor - Emerald Studio $100, Allure by Charleze Kim $100, and Michael Mathson - Merrill PT $100; brats and hotdogs from Geiss Meats valued at $100.88 for the PRMS Brat Fry Fundraiser; a monetary donation from the Good News Project valued at $519.32 for the MAPS Nests; cash from Darlene Wagner valued at $200 for student needs at Pine River School for Young Learners (PRSYL); the following donations for staff welcome-back T-shirts: Haenco Supply $200 and Complete Control, Inc. $750; and a gift of money from IncredibleBank valued at $300 for the Back-to-School Bash.
