Felony cases filed

Jacob L. Repinski, 25, Irma, was charged Jan. 19 with possession of marijuana (2nd offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court records, Repinski was pulled over by police in the city of Tomahawk Jan. 15 for driving without a valid license. Officers found marijuana, a pipe and grinder in the vehicle. He was released on a $2,500 signature bond.

Andre C. Mckinstry, 17, Milwaukee, was charged Jan. 26 with prisoner throw/expel bodiy substance, battery by prisoner and child abuse. According to court records, on July 16, 2015, McKinstry struck a fellow inmate at Lincoln Hills School. On Oct. 29, 2015, he threw urine at a staff member of the facility, and on Nov. 13, 2015 he spit on a staff member.

Andrew G. Jones, 42, Wausau, was charged Jan. 26 with felony bail jumping. According to court records, Jones was found to be under the influence, which was in violation of a court bond, on May 3, 2015 in the city of Merrill.

Antonio C. Carr, 17, Milwaukee, was charged Jan. 26 with battery by prisoner and child abuse. According to court records, Carr struck another inmate at Lincoln Hills School on Nov. 13, 2015.

Tanner H. Graap, 21, Merrill, was charged Jan. 25 with resisting/obstructing an officer and three counts of felony bail jumping. According to court records, officers observed Graap driving with a revoked license in the city of Merrill Jan. 23. After he attempted to flee from officers, he was arrested for driving under the influence. He attempted to resist arrest. Bond was set at $3,000 signature and $2,000 cash.

Alexis C.M. Powell, 17, Wausau, was charged Jan. 25 with retail theft of between $500 and $5,000. According to court records, Powell attempted to steal a cart full of 164 items, with a total value over $1,000, from Merrill Walmart on Jan. 22. She was released on a $1,000 signature bond.

Tammy L. Grasley, 50, Merrill, was charged Jan. 28 with manufacture/delivery of marijuana. According to court records, Grasley was caught Jan. 11 after delivering a quarter-pound of marijuana to a city of Tomahawk residence. The value of the marijuana was $1,400. When arrested, Grasley had $2,175 in cash with her from the sale of marijuana. She told police she had dropped off another quarter-pound of marijuana at a Tomahawk area residence prior to being stopped by police. According to what she told police, Grasley had been picking up two pounds of marijuana every couple of weeks to sell in the area.

Joshua D. Laffin, 29, Tomahawk, was charged Jan. 28 with manufacture/delivery of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to court records, police executed a search warrant on Laffin’s city of Tomahawk residence Jan. 8 and found 80 grams of marijuana, along with various items of drug paraphernalia.

Giovanni M. Medina, 17, Lincoln Hills School, was charged Jan. 28 with battery by prisoner and physical abuse of a child. According to court records, Medina struck another inmate at Lincoln Hills on Aug. 30, 2015.

Darold R. Crass, 33, Tomahawk, was charged Jan. 28 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. According to court records, on Dec. 8, 2015, an officer found marijuana in the vehicle Crass was driving following a traffic stop in the city of Tomahawk.

Tyler L. Milton, 17, Lincoln Hills School, was charged Jan. 28 with prisoner throw/expel bodily substance and battery by prisoner. According to court records, Milton spit on staff members at Lincoln Hills on two occasions in October and November 2015, and also swung at a staff member during the November incident.
