The Merrill Ministirium Association (MMA) began a new fun community outreach last month. On Feb. 2, 2024, they held their first monthly Open Mic Night they’re calling “The Vibe.” Held in the Kuck Lounge at St. Stephens UCC, 903 E. 2nd St. in Merrill, the event is held on the first Friday of each month from 6-8 p.m. and is open to the public.
What do you do at The Vibe – Open Mic Night?
“Sing a song (any kind), read a poem or short story, bring a musical instrument (a keyboard will be available),” said Pastor Michael Zahn of Christ United Methodist Church, a member of the MMA. You can also enjoy free snacks and non-alcoholic drinks as you watch others take their turns at the mic.
The next The Vibe – Open Mic Night will be tomorrow night, Friday, March 1, from 6-8 p.m.
