The Lincoln County Board of Health is seeking applications from citizens interested in serving on the Committee. The composition of this Board is as follows:
- Five County Board Supervisors
- One Physician
- One Nurse
- One member at large
The term of the office of members shall be two years commencing with their appointment at the County Board of Supervisors April 16, 2024, Organizational Meeting.
DUTIES: The Board shall act as the policy and oversight Committee of the County Health Department (formerly known as the County Nursing Service).
(a) The Board of Health shall act as the policy and oversight Committee of the County Health Department (formerly known as the County Nursing Service). (Cr. # 2023-07-741)
(b) The Board of Health shall meet at least quarterly pursuant to §251.04(5), Wis. Stats., or any other frequency set by statute if §251.04(5), Wis. Stats., is hereafter repealed or modified. (Cr. # 2023-07-741)
