10-31-2023
At 5:23 p.m. officers were dispatched to a business after staff had observed two individuals actively taking items from the store. The two parties left prior to officers arriving. The investigation is ongoing.
At 9:58 p.m. officers were dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence. After officers spoke with the victim, they attempted to make contact with the suspect without success. The case will be referred to the Lincoln County District Attorney for charges.

At 9:19 a.m. a student was cited for juvenile tobacco violation for possessing a nicotine vaping device at school.
At 1:31 p.m. a male was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
At 3:08 p.m. a student was cited after she was found to be in possession of delta 8 and nicotine vaping devices at school.
At 10:30 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign. The driver displayed characteristics indicative of intoxication and was placed through field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, the driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated.

At 1:14 p.m. a male was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
At 2:57 p.m. a female was arrested for a probation violation at the request of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
At 6:35 p.m. a caller reported someone had taken his prescription medication. A male who had been at the residence earlier was suspected. The man admitted he had taken the caller’s medication, as he was upset with him following a dispute over a recent purchase of cheese. The man further admitted he had thrown the medication in the trash. The man was arrested for theft and unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

At 2:15 p.m. an officer responded to a report of a physical altercation that had taken place between two individuals that reside together. Based on the investigation, one male subject was taken into custody for battery, one count of felony bail jumping, and a probation hold.
At 7:49 p.m. an officer was dispatched to a business after staff located a glass pipe on the floor. The pipe was found to contain residue that later tested positive for methamphetamine. The investigation is ongoing.

11-05-2023
At 8:56 p.m. an officer conducted a traffic stop on E. Main St. and Sales St. During the course of the stop, a male passenger in the vehicle was found to have an active warrant for his arrest. The male subject was taken into custody on the warrant and transported to the jail.
