SILVER ALERT issued for missing Merrill man
A Silver Alert has been issued for Thomas W. Zimmerman, age 85, of Merrill, Wis.
He is a white male with brown eyes and gray or partially gray hair and is 5’9″ tall and weighs 150 pounds.
Mr. Zimmerman was last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, blue jeans, possibly a khaki hat, glasses, and a silver wrist watch, on Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. in Merrill when he left his residence planning to go to Fleet Farm in Wausau. He did not return home.
Mr. Zimmerman was driving a 2003 silver Chevrolet Silverado, Wisconsin license plate number FA9831.
**He was POSSIBLY seen in Birnamwood, Wis., around 6-6:15 p.m.**
