If you have an opinion about this topic, either one way or the other, AND you are a Lincoln County resident, don’t forget to complete the survey before Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. The survey is limited to Lincoln County residents, as they are the taxpayers affected by any decision made on this matter by the Lincoln County Board.
