Tina Duframe

Tina Duframe, 68, of Merrill, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Our House Senior Living, Wausau. Tina was born July 14, 1955, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Edward and Constance (Jankowsky) Duframe. She grew up in Milwaukee and was involved in cheerleading and track in high school. After she graduated from high school, Tina worked at Chi Chi’s Mexican Restaurant in Milwaukee as a cocktail waitress. After Tina moved to Merrill, she worked for Merrill Manufacturing and Hurd Millwork. Tina graduated from the dental assistant program in Wausau. She shot pool years ago for the former Al and Nita’s Bar. Tina enjoyed traveling with her friends and took several trips including trips to Arizona and Hawaii. She had an extensive frog collection, collecting various stuffed animals and knickknacks. Tina enjoyed the company of her dogs.

Tina is survived by her brother, Steven Duframe of Merrill; former sister-in-law and caregiver, Kim Haavig of Merrill; nieces, Anaiah (Clint) Heckt of Swanville, Minnesota and Neal Haimerl (Gale) of Richland Center, Wisconsin; nephew, Austin Duframe of Merrill; great nieces and great nephews, Isaiah, Ayden, Kylie, Jamie, Jimmy, Leah, and Riley; and two great-great nephews, Tate and Tilian. Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Connie Duframe; and several aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Taylor-Stine Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Merrill, is assisting the family. Online condolences may be made at www.taylorstinefuneralhome.com
