The Northern Wisconsin Houndsmen Association, in conjunction with the Robin Middlestead Memorial Pool Tournament, were proud to make a donation to the Never Forgotten Honor Flight. The donation will allow three veterans from our area a chance to make the trip to Washington D.C. on an upcoming flight. Houndsmen’s officers Gary Stanke and Jay Burrows met with Honor Flight Representative Jim Campbell (center) to recognize our veterans. The Houndsmen’s organization hopes to continue to help our veterans in our community on future flights, as well, as they are very special people to us all, their officers said. Submitted photo.
