The Lincoln County Fair is in full swing this week at the Merrill Festival Grounds in Merrill and will run through Sunday, Aug. 20, 2023. Admission to get into the fair is free.
There is a fee for parking on the grounds.
The county fair is a fun family tradition for kids of all ages, with carnival games and rides by Spectrum Carnival, musical entertainment, animals in the barns, and so much more.
Wristbands are available daily. The family entertainment tent will host daily activities from animal judging to butter carving, a ventriloquist, juggling, magic shows, and small animal market sales.
In the main entertainment tent, musical performances beginning each evening at 7:30 p.m. continue until 11:30 p.m. through Saturday night, and Saturday the music will begin at 5 p.m. with an opening show. New Testament Church will host a service at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
Grandstand entertainment will include a free concert by Christian performing artists, Living River, this evening [Thursday], a demolition derby Friday evening, antique tractor pull at 11 a.m. and regular tractor pull in the evening on Saturday, and mud drags Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
So come on down to enjoy the Lincoln County Fair, support local organizations by frequenting their food stands (from burgers and fries to Optimist cheese curds to all kinds of other delicious fair food), and make summertime memories right here in Merrill!
