The small group enjoys a peaceful and interesting tour of Lake Alexander, before the rain started moving in. Another Canoe & Kayak Event will be held this Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in Council Grounds State Park. Attendees should meet at the boat landing and can bring their own kayak or canoe or rent one at Council Grounds at a discounted rate for this event. If renting, advance reservations are recommended.
