Spring flooding in Wisconsin

The Prairie River overflowed its banks, encroaching on the T.B. Scott Library lawn all the way up to the River Rat carving in the display case.
Stange’s Park is flooded as the Prairie River rose well over its banks. The playground, swings, and all the walking trails and bridges are flooded, as seen from the hilltop above.
The basketball court next to the Prairie River near Prairie River Middle School is completely flooded, as the Prairie River has spilled over its banks.
The waters of the Prairie River rose very close to a home located near Merrill’s Athletic Park.
The playground and lawn area at Riverside Park in Merrill are completely flooded, as the Wisconsin River has overflowed its banks.
The boat landing is completely flooded, the parking lot is covered with water, and Riverside Park was closed to the public due to the flooding when the Wisconsin River overflowed its banks due to rapid snow melt from warm temperatures and recent rains.
All the baseball fields at Lion’s Park on Third Street are flooded.
