Lincoln County Highway Commissioner, John Hanz, advises that Lincoln Cty. Rd. X between Friedl Rd. and First Ave., in the Town of Russell, will be closed starting at 12:00 p.m. noon on April 13, 2023, until further notice. The road is closed due to water issues.
