Nicolet National Bank announced the promotion of Nicole Johnson of Merrill to Regional Retail Manager for Nicolet’s Wisconsin Northwoods Region. Johnson has 15+ years in the banking industry in a vast range of positions including new accounts, project management, marketing, business development, and most recently as Branch Manager in Merrill, WI.
Johnson is involved in numerous community organizations. She is an active member of the Merrill Rotary Club and immediate past President, and serves as a community representative on both the Merrill Police and Fire Commission and the Merrill Area Housing Authority Board. Nicole and her husband, Troy, have two children: Spencer is completing his final year at UW-Milwaukee and Abby attends Merrill High School.

In her new role as Regional Retail Manager, Johnson will oversee the retail teams for the Nicolet Bank Northwoods branch network. While based in the Merrill branch at 1400 E. Main St., she will also spend time in multiple locations to assist her teams on-site.
