Dustin Bonack, Street Superintendent for the Merrill Street Department, announced Pier St., between Taylor St. and E 9th St., will be closed on Thursday, July 14, at 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and then again on Monday, July 18, at 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for pavement repairs. Motorists are asked to find an alternate route during the closures.
