In accordance with WI State Statute 301.45(2m), it has been determined the attached information on Thomas Bowen (age 70) should be released to the community. On Dec. 7, 2021, Mr. Bowen will will be released to Community Supervision administered by the WI Department of Corrections. He is NOT wanted by the police at this time. This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather, it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public. Sex offenders have always lived in our communities; but it was not until the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry and Community Notification Law was enacted that law enforcement was able to share this information with the public.

10/12/04: Incest with a Child – Lincoln Co, WI
Release Date: On Dec. 7, 2021, Thomas Bowen will be residing in Merrill, Lincoln County. He will be supervised by Wisconsin Department of Corrections on GPS monitoring as well as a lifetime registrant with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program.
