06-22-2021
At 10:38 a.m. officers responded to the Probation and Parole Office in reference to a male party that needed to be taken into custody for a probation violation. The male was taken into custody for the probation violation and brought to the Lincoln County Jail.
At 4:59 p.m. officers responded to the 700 block of Martin St. for a structure fire, along with the Merrill Fire Department and multiple other agencies. The investigation is ongoing.

At 3:23 p.m. an officer was dispatched to a local department store in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The female suspect was being held on scene by asset protection. The female was found to have not paid for approximately $50.00 worth of merchandise. The female was cited for shoplifting.
06-24-2021
At 3:01 a.m. an officer responded to a residence for a report of an intoxicated female party that was no longer welcome at the residence. The female party was found to be on probation, with a condition to not drink alcohol. The female was arrested on a probation hold.
At 9:49 p.m. officers were dispatched to a report of a male and female party arguing outside a residence. Officers arrived and located multiple witnesses still on scene. Officers were able to locate the male party but not the female involved. The male was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

At 12:26 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 300 block of E. 1st Street, in reference to a person with a possible warrant for their arrest. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male and female, officers located drug paraphernalia, and both parties were found to be on probation. Probation was contacted, and both the male and female were arrested on probation holds.

At 7:37 a.m. officers were dispatched to the River Bend Trail in reference to a vandalism complaint. Officers located vandalism to some park benches. An investigation is ongoing.
06-27-2021
At 4:48 a.m. officers responded to a report of a physical altercation that occurred between a male and a female. It was reported the male had made threats, while armed with a knife, and had already left the location. The investigating officer made contact with both involved parties and received different versions of what occurred. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
