My question to the administrators of the City of Merrill and Inspecting and Zoning is:.
Why have you never enforced the ordinance that Ascension has to renovate the outside of the T.B. Scott Mansion?
We, the people of Merrill, are very upset and devestated that we might lose this beautiful, old, hostorical building.
