Page named Athlete of the Week

MHS Senior Kelly Page proved to be a formidable pillar in the success of the Bluejay varsity volleyball this season. Page’s versatility and prowess both offensively and defensively are quite evident when having a glance at her numbers this season; leading the team in kills (184) and ranking second in digs (206.)
A four-year member of the varsity squad, Page has played a variety of positions including center, outside hitter and middle-back defensive specialist. In addition to volleyball, Page is also a four-year member of the Bluejay Girls varsity soccer team in the spring, on defense and midfielder.
Page is also very active in a variety of school activities such as Link Crew, LEAD, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) and National Honor Society.
When she finds free-time, Kelly enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping and swimming in the summer, exercising and assisting with the Junior Jays Volleyball program as well as volunteering at her church; Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Weston.
Daughter of Dan and Cathy Page of Merrill, Kelly currently maintains a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Following graduation in the spring, Kelly plans to attend UW-Eau Claire majoring in Dentistry and hopes to play collegiate volleyball.
