Rita R. Woller, 72, of Merrill passed away on November 5, 2020, at Howard Young Medical Center, Woodruff, surrounded by her family. Rita was born on August 19, 1948, in Merrill to Kenneth and Grace Hofmann. On September 16, 1967, she married the love of her life Kenneth Woller. Rita was employed at DuWayne Kreager Insurance in Merrill. In September she celebrated having her insurance license for 50 years. Rita enjoyed reading books, watching movies, especially Hallmark Christmas movies and spending time with family.
Rita is survived by her husband Kenneth, one daughter, Lisa (Jeff) Brown and one son, Wayne (Deb) Woller and one son-in-law, Jeff Dorgay. Six grandchildren, Samantha (Dan) Sawyer, Merrill, Megan Spreeman, Eau Claire, Robert Spreeman, Tyler Dorgay, Nikki Phillipp and Duston Koenig all from Merrill. One great-grandson Zander Brown-Grenwalt. She is also survived by three sisters, Lorene Hofmann, Ann Hofmann and Nancy Walsh, and one brother, Randall Hofmann, all from Merrill, Brother and sister-in-law, Raymond (Janet) Woller, St. Germaine and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Amy Woller Dorgay, father and mother-in-law Ray (Ardith) Woller and niece, Lynn Lecher.
A memorial mass and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
