Maple Grove Kindergartener Finn Scantlin has been named Student of the Week, for the week of November 18.
Son of Melissa Vang and Tyson Scantlin, Finn was nominated by his teacher, Mrs Eberhardt.
As Eberhardt explains, “Finn is very deserving of this nomination. He has been a great role model in our classroom since the first day of school! In addition to doing his best on his work, Finn consistently demonstrates our school’s character traits and shows a tremendous amount of kindness and respect towards others.”
According to Finn, his favorite subject in school is Math; “I am pretty good at math. I like numbers.”
Finn’s favorite part of school is nap time; “I like naptime, I get tired after recess..”
