Annual Fall Color Hike set for Sunday

Northwoods Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance invites the public to their annual Fall Color Hike on Sunday, Sep. 22 in the beautiful rolling hardwoods of the Harrison Hills of Lincoln County. The hike will be approximately 2.5 to 3 miles in length.
Participants are asked to Meet at the Recreational parking lot on Highway B by 1 p.m. and are encouraged to bring water for on the trail.
Cookies and refreshments will be served at the parking lot after the hike.

Directions: From the South– Take Highway 64 East of Merrill to Highway 17.
Go north 19 miles on Highway 17 to Highway B. Turn left (west) on B.
Go one mile to the Ice Age Trail Trail-head at the Recreational Parking Lot on B.
From the Tomahawk area-Take Highway 51 to Hwy D.
Take D east to B.
Then B to the Recreational Parking Lot on B.
From Rhinelander area: Take Hwy 17 South to Highway B.
Take B west to Recreational Parking Lot on B.
