The 2019-2020 Merrill Forward Together Healthy Community Initiative (MFTHCI), Merrill Optimists, and Children’s Hospital collaborative collection for backpacks and school supplies is nearing the end. New items can be dropped off at Dave’s County Market, First Street Coffee Station on Pine Ridge Avenue, River Valley Bank and Walgreens by Friday, July 19th.
Supplies most needed are the backpacks themselves. Distribution is set for Saturday, July 20th, from 9-10:30 am in the PRMS cafeteria by door 14. Eligible families will receive a letter in the mail.
