Quinn Steckbauer is a third year guard on the Merrill varsity basketball team where he recently led the Jays to a 76-66 win over Antigo, scoring 36 points. Last season Quinn was selected as second team Wisconsin Valley All-Conference. This past fall Quinn played quarterback during his final season for the varsity football team. Outside of sports Steckbauer enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as being active outdoors. Son of Jeb and Tammy Steckbauer of Merrill, Quinn currently maintains a 3.95 GPA and following graduation next spring plans on attending UW-Oshkosh where he will continue his basketball career as well as study pre-med.
