The Merrill Common Council will be holding a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13, on the proposed 2019 budget and property tax levy.
There will also be a Committee of Whole meeting on Wednesday evening, Nov. 7, to consider budget requests and make recommendations.
