Dorothy M. Bergh, age 89, of Merrill, passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill.
Dorothy was born August 29, 1928, in Merrill, daughter of the late Frank and Ella (Kanitz) Zastrow. She married Carlyn Bergh on June 26, 1948. He preceded her in death on January 7, 1971. Dorothy had been employed at the former Eastside Bakery in Merrill for over 18 years. She was a member of St. Stephens United Church of Christ, Merrill.
Dorothy is survived by five children, John (Linda), Julie (Tom), Laurie, Peter, and Martha (Eric); her grandchildren; and one sister, Lorraine.
Memorial Service for Dorothy will begin at 3:00 PM Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at the Taylor-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill. Burial will take place in Merrill Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date.
