On Friday morning the Merrill Golf Club hosted a junior tournament for six different age groups; a group for ages 8 and under that played four holes, ages 9-11 played nine holes, ages 12-14 played nine holes, ages 14-17 girls division for 18 holes, a 14 and under boys division for 18 holes and a 15-17 boys division for 18 holes.
The winners for the eight and under group include: Anders Bjerke, Cullen Johnson, Cooper Giese and Peyton Smith. Winners for ages 9-11 are; Konner Waid, Blake Bangston and Cooper Bjerke. Katie Heun, Tanner Courtright, Dylan Smith and Cayden Bangston won the 12-14 age group. The winner of the 14-17 girls division was Megan Bonikowske. Winners for boys 14 and under were; Jaylen Anderson, Oliver Shaw and Jacob Bartell. And the winner of the boys 15-17 age group was Quinn Reeves.
