The Skate Park Special Committee, created by Merrill Mayor Derek Woellner, will hold its first meeting on Monday, July 2, at 4 p.m. in the City Hall basement conference room.
At its initial meeting, the committee will begin compiling a list of potential skate park sites.
“The Skate Park Special Committee has been created for the purpose of recognizing, researching and then recommending the location, design and funding opportunities for a new skate park to the Merrill Parks and Recreation Commission,” Mayor Woellner stated.
