Fiat Chrysler Automobiles announced their Mark of Distinction Dealer award winners Dec. 5 in New York City. Out of 2,600 Chrysler dealers across the country, only 200 qualified, including Brickners Park City in Merrill, Brickner Motors in Little Chicago and Brickners of Antigo.
To win this award requires top marks in customer sales and service satisfaction, “fix it right the first time” scores, exceeding sales volume requirement, along with numerous other facility and staff training requirements. This is the third time in a row the Brickner stores in Merrill and Little Chicago have achieved this award.
“Everything it takes to win this award is nothing new or out of the ordinary, it is just what we do and it’s who we are,” said Jim Brickner, President of Brickners Park City in Merrill. “This is the first time in 30 years of being a Chrysler Dealer that the factory has flown us to a business meeting and picked up the tab… so it was pretty special.”
The Brickner Family Auto Group has been selling and servicing Chrysler Dodge Ram and Jeep vehicles since 1945.
