The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an assault of a staff member that occurred at the Lincoln Hills School in Irma.
According to a press release issued by the Sheriff’s Office moments ago, the assault occurred yesterday and the victim of the assault was transported by ambulance for medical treatment.
The extent of the victim’s injuries are unknown at this time.
According to the Sheriff’s office, the investigation remains open and more information will be made available when the investigation is complete.
The names of the student or staff member are not being released at this time.
