Charges filed
Kevin J.A. David, 27, Merrill, possession of firearm by felon. According to court records, David was found by law enforcement to be in possession of a firearm in the town of Rock Falls May 17.
Andrew J. Spransy, 33, Merrill, disorderly conduct, felony bail jumping (2 counts). According to court records, Spransy was involved in a disturbace at a city of Merrill residence June 13.
Steven A. Sitte, 27, Merrill, felony bail jumping (3 counts). According to court records, Sitte was out after a court-imposed curfew on June 12.
Edward T. Hammack, 32, Merrill, substantial battery, disorderly conduct, possess marijuana, possess drug paraphernalia. According to court records, on June 10 in the city of Merrill Hammack punched a man in the face several times. When arrested, he had marijuana and a pipe in his possession.
Allen R. Lamont, 21, Merrill, sex with child (repeater), party to the crime of exposing genitals (repeater), contribute to the delinquency of a child (repeater), lewd & lascivious behavior. According to court records, Lamont had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl in Merrill in early 2015.
David E. Ostrowski, 22, Merrill, sex with child, party to the crime of exposing genitals, contribute to the delinquency of a minor, lewd & lascivious behavior. According to court records, Ostrowski had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl in Merrill in early 2015.
Christopher L. Withers, 29, Merrill, physical abuse of a child. According to court records, Withers kicked an 8-year-old boy at a city of Merrill residence on June 5.
Paidlo T. Cole, 40, Merrill, strangulation/suffocation (repeater), misdemeanor battery (repeater), disorderly conduct. According to court records, Cole punched and choked a woman at a city of Merrill residence May 30.
Kristopher B. Wilmot, 27, Merrill, battery of peace officer (2 counts – repeater), resistiing officer, cause substantial bodily harm to officer, disorderly conduct, misdemeanor bail jumping. According to court records, Wilmot attacked officers while they were investigating an incident at a city of Merrill residence June 7.

Wayne A. White, 51, Antigo, misdemeanor bail jumping, $100 fine; disorderly conduct, $300.
Kevin L. Shaw, 54, Merrill, possess drug paraphernalia, 1 year probation, AODA.
Shawnee M. Chapman, 21, Lac Du Flambeau, retail theft, 24 months probation, 10 days jail.
James F. Tudor, 19, Merrill, possess with intent to deliver controlled substance on/near public housing (party to a crime), 1 year jail.
Robert A. Zdroik, 40, Merrill, OWI 5th, 200 days jail, 30 months driver’s license revocation, $2605 fine.
Terrell L. Smith, 21, Wausau, misappropriate ID information-avoid penalty, 1 year jail.
Nicholas V. Fiori, 25, Madison, criminal damage to property, 12 months probation, AODA, no alcohol/taverns.
Nicole M. Schuett, 39, Merrill, theft & possess illegally obtained prescription, 18 months probation, AODA.
Michael J, Roberts, 46, Wausau, theft (repeater), 30 days jail.
Travis A. Nelson, 37, Merrill, disorderly conduct, $100 fine.
Desiree L. Harms, 29, Tomahawk, battery, 12 months probation, AODA, no alchol/taverns.
Crystal R. Blackwell, 22, Tomahawk, possess drug paraphernalia, $243 fine.
Justin A. Habeck, 33, Nekoosa, negligent handling of burning materials, 60 days jail.
