Carol Pritzl

Carol (nee Metzenheim) Pritzl, age 92, joined her husband of 50 years, Lee, and daughter Penny in everlasting happiness Sept. 30, 2014. Also waiting for her were her seven brothers and one sister.
Carol is survived by Tom (Cindy), Mary (John) Simon, Rich (Julie) and Anne (Howie) Pulkowski, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchilden and many nieces and nephews.
Carol was a partner with her husband at Pritzl Printing in Merrill after having lived in Milwaukee for 53 years. While in Merrill, she was an ambassador for the chamber of commerce, a volunteer at Council Grounds State Park, an officer for Newcomers Club and active in community theater.
In her later years, Carol worked as a cashier at the Walmart in Mukwonago and retired at age 83. She enjoyed trips with her daughter, especially the annual birthday trip to Las Vegas. She also enjoyed reading, playing cards, bowling and spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, Oct. 6 at St. James Catholic Church, 830 Cty. NN East, Mukwonago, from 10-11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Burial followed at Prairie Home Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol’s name to St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. James Church, The Gathering or Messmer High School would be appreciated.

“She is a woman who likes to have a good time always the last to leave a party.
