KB Body Shop earns ?Shop of the Year? honors from Farmers Insurance

KB Body Shop has demonstrated that it is aligned to the “customer first” philosophy of the Farmers Insurance “Circle of Dependability” program as illustrated by the service results posted for calendar year 2013.
“It seems that Jay and his staff truly care about the people that they serve and tend to go above and beyond for our mutual customers,” said Farmers consultant Lee Prielipp. “Jay and staff have distinguished themselves and bolstered our COD relationship through attention to detail in all facets of the customer’s experience as well as the repair of the vehicle. Always willing to accept and lean into change, Jay has exemplified the Farmers core competency of curiosity by many times being the first to respond to my messages. He strives to clarify his understanding of updated procedures and policies as well as taking care in ensuring that he and his staff are processing the claim in the correct manner to maintain efficiency in the process.
“In speaking with Jay, I found that the business sponsors a local Little League Team, as well as a sponsorship of the community activities at the local ice arena,” Prielipp added. “On the professional front, Jay serves on the local I-CAR planning committee and volunteers his shop space for classes when the need arises. Additionally, he serves as president of the Central Wisconsin Autobody Council and strives to strengthen the local business climate by forming bonds with other non-collision industry related small businesses via his participation in the local RPG Networking Group.
“Through the action of its staff and ownership, KB Body Shop Inc. has proven itself to be a service-centric organization as well as great business partner,” Prielipp concluded.
