Bucki still missing

The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in locating Anita G. Bucki, who was reported missing last Friday.
On the evening of April 26, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a Mark Bucki, N2034 Wegner Rd. in the Town of Corning, reporting that he was unable to find his wife, Anita G Bucki. According to Mark, he and Anita were talking the night before into the early morning hours of April 26. Mark reported that he went to bed and Anita remained up. Mark reported that this was the last time he had seen Anita. Mark advised that he woke up at around 5 a.m. and at that time she was gone.
Anita left all of her personal belongings, as well as her car, purse, and cell phone at the house. Anita is described as 5’0″ and 120 to 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a red in color jersey button down shirt, blue jeans and a brown pair of shoes.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office conducted an air and ground search of the area around Wegner Road on Friday, but found no indication that anyone had been in that area.
Lincoln County Chief Deputy Nate Walrath reported Tuesday morning that Anita Bucki had not been located, as the sheriff’s office continues to follow up on any information they receive.
“Our efforts are still in attempting to locate her and hopefully find her well,” Walrath said.
The sheriff’s office is asking that if anyone may have seen Anita or knows anything about her location to please contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 715-536-6272.
“We encourage anyone with information about her whereabouts or well-being to contact the sheriff’s office and share that with us,” Walrath said.
