James W. Southard, 59, Merrill, died May 18, 2012 at St Josephs Hospital in Marshfield.
He was born on October 6, 1952 to James and Charlotte (VanRiper) Southard, they preceded him in death. James married Kay Michele Butt on April 23, 2004. He will be missed by his three cats, Cosmo, Ruby, and Maybelline, and his dog Cooper.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Southard, Merrill; sister, Barbara Kuhn, Springfield, MO; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and his mother-in-law, Delores Butt.
