A 20-year old Wausau man was arrested Sunday evening on a criminal traffic charge after a reported traffic accident.
Deputies responded to County Road C east of State Road 17 after a report was received at 6:22 p.m. that a vehicle was in the ditch. When deputies arrived on the scene they found Yeh Lor had driven off the road.
Lor appeared under the influence of alcohol but refused to do field sobriety tests. He was taken into custody on a second offense charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Lor was later brought to the Lincoln County Jail.
