Fire runs: #128- 5:51 p.m., 2 vehicle crash with 3 patients, no entrapment, Rescue 1 blocked traffic & checked fluid from vehicles, assisted medic crews.

Medic runs: #1224- 5:53 a.m., 60yo female, MGSHC to AWH, medical; #1225- 12:34 p.m., 29yo female, E. 3rd St. to MGSHC, medical; #1226- 4:14 p.m., 43yo female, E. 3rd St. to MGSHC; #1227- 5:51 p.m., 42yo female, Hwy. 64 & Cty. W to MGSHC, trauma; #1228- 5:50 p.m., 69yo male, Hwy. 64 & Cty. W to MGSHC, trauma; #1229- 5:50 p.m., 65yo female, Hwy. 64 & Cty. W, no transport, trauma; #1230- 8:05 p.m., 85yo female, Mortzville Ave. to MGSHC, illness; #1231- 8:52 p.m., 42yo female, MGSHC to AWH, trauma.

October 16

Medic runs: #1232- 1:45 a.m., 22yo female, Hwy. E & MM to MGSHC, respiratory; #1233- 9:49 a.m., 53yo female, MGSHC to MSJH, medical; #1234- 10:25 a.m., 53yo female, E. 3rd St., no transport, illness; #1235- 1:29 p.m., 59yo female, MGSHC to AWH, illness.

Other activities: drill on pediatric emergencies; EMS run reviews.

October 17

Fire runs: #129- 10:21 p.m., 1010 E. Main St., dispatched for possible gas leak from behind NAPA store, WPS contacted, meters used to check the source, may have been temporary surge in gas line.

Medic runs: #1236- 2:05 a.m., 77yo female, E. 1st St. to AWH, trauma; #1237- 7:58 a.m., Grand Ave., no transport; #1238- 12:07 p.m., 74yo female, E. 1st St. to MGSHC, medical; #1239- 5:26 p.m., 93yo female, W. Taylor St. to MGSHC, medical.

Other activities: EMS training on pediatric altered mental status; manual mode cot training.

October 18

October 21

Medic runs: #1254- 2;56 a.m., 44yo male, East St. to AWH, medical; #1255- 7:07 a.m., 80yo male, 6th St. to MGSHC, medical; #1256- 11:09 a.m., 80yo male, MGSHC to Pine Crest, medical; #1257- 6:47 p.m., Jay Stadium standby.

Other activities: fire prevention at Jefferson School for grades K & 1; fire inspections at downtown businesses; Cub Scout troop station tour.
