September 17

Fire runs: #117- 3:15 p.m., responded to Park City Credit Union for gas smell, building evacuated & leak found, WPS shut off gas to building, technician called to repair heating system.

Medic runs: #1108- 4:32 a.m., 79yo male from Wisconsin St. to MGSHC, illness; #1109- 5:51 a.m., 87yo male from Taylor St. to MGSHC, illness; #1110- 7:23 a.m., 79yo male from MGSHC to AWH, medical; #1111- 10:24 a.m., 93yo female from 12th St. to AWH, medical; #1112- 1:58 p.m., Cty. Rd. E, no transport; #1113- 5:06 p.m., 4yo male from Hillside Sr. to MGSHC, medical; #1114- 8:20 p.m., 85yo male from E. 1st St. to MGSHC, respiratory; #1115- 8:37 p.m., Church Rd., no transport.

Other activities: fire inspections.

September 18

September 20

Fire runs: #118- 11:03 a.m., explosion with fire & people injured at 1000 Mathews St., transported 2 patients & 2 treated & released, extinguished fire with minimal extension, WPS, MPD & LCSD also on scene; #119- 11:36 a.m., fire alarm at Hurd Millwork, 201 Prospect St., nothing found after investigation.

Medic runs: #1124- 6:23 a.m., 75yomale from MGSHC to MSCH, cardiac; #1125- 11;03 a.m., 62yo male from Mathews St. to GSHC, trauma; #1126- 11:03 a.m., 46yo male from Mathews St. to MGSHC, trauma; #1127- 11:03 a.m., 71yo male, Mathews St., no transport, trauma; #1128- 11:03 a.m., 33yo male, Mathews St., no transport, trauma; #1129- 11:50 a.m., 11mo female from Lark St toi MGSHC, medical; #1130- 1:15 p.m., 52yo female from MGSHC to MSCH, cardiac.

September 23

Fire runs: #120- 5:58 a.m., 1110 E. Main St., internal alarm set off by dust from construction, rest alarm; #121- 5:54 p.m., 1500 O’Day St., internal fire alarm activated by water dripping into detector, maintenance personnel reset system; #122- 7:15 p.m., Prairie River Bridge on Pier St., search for missing kayakers, both found safe at home after brief search; #123- 8:44 p.m., report of tree limb on power line on Prospect St., secured area until WPS fixed problem.

Medic runs: #1139- 8:29 a.m., 68yo male from Hwy. 17 to MGSHC, medical; $1140- 2:17 p.m., 4mo female from MGSHC to Merrill Airport, medical; #1141- 4:42 p.m., 34yo male from First St. to MGSHC, medical; #1142- 7:50 p.m., 91yo female from O’Day St to MGSHC, medical; #1143- 8:35 p.m., 97yo female from O’Day St. to MGSHC, medical.
