Memorial Day’s 2nd Annual Battle of The Legends at Golden Sands Speedway in Plover turned out to be the show that race fans will not forget. Team Reffner pulled off the overall points win which was boosted by the performances by two Wisconsin drivers who have been climbing up the ranks quickly in their young careers.
Ty Majeski of Seymour was the Fast Qualifier on Monday and ended up finishing 2nd in the 91-Lap Feature. The AGRA Industries #44 of Justin Mondeik, Gleason, backed up Ty with a Heat win, and battled his way up through the field for a 2nd place finish in the 61-Lap Feature.
